Dat'l Hook Ginger & Teriyaki Pork Noodle

A delecious 30min meal that packs ton of flavor. Get that restaurant taste at home. Perfect for a couples night in to make it special or increase the portion size to make it family style. This one is sure to not disappoint! Serves about 4
- 1 Tbsp Dat'l Hook Ya Blackened seasoning
- 20 oz. Par Cooked Noodles
- 16 oz. Ground Pork
- 6 oz. Teriyaki Glaze (your brand of choice)
- 1 tsp. Multicolor Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp. minced Garlic
- 1 tsp. Minced Ginger
- 6 oz. shredded Carrots
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 3 oz. Shredded Red Cabbage
- 2 Green Onions
- 1/4 cup water
- Olive oil
Halve and peel Sweet onion. Slice halves into thin strips. Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.
Make 20oz of spaghetti (thicker type) in a boiling pot of water. Par cook, meaning only 50% of the recommended cooking time. Drain when done and set aside.
Place a medium pan over medium heat and add 2-3 tsp. olive oil. Add onions and carrots to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender and lightly browned, about 6 minutes. Next add cabbage and stir often until wilted, 1-2 minutes. Place the cooked vegetables in a bowl and set aside
To the same pan, increase heat to medium high and add 1 tbsp olive oil. To the hot pan add the ground pork, Dat'l Hook Ya blackened seasoning and white portions cook until fully cooked about 6 min and then add in the minced garlic. cook 1 more min.
Now lets build! Now in the hot pan add the par cooked noodles, teriyaki glaze, the cooked vegetables, and 1/4 cup water and cook until sauce thickens. Stir frequnetly. About 3 or so minutes.
Start plating and top with the multi color seasame seeds and green onion. And if you want more heat and flavor, drizzle on our Dat'l Hook Ya black garlic sauce.
