You are having a party and you want the ultimate cheese dip. Look no further! The flavors are so amazing that your guests will be craving more. Easy to make. Total time 1 hour, serves 8+ Adults
1 Bottle of Dat’l Hook Ya
15oz can of black beans (drain and rinse)
15oz can Fire roasted diced tomatoes (Use the juice)
1 Onion Diced
1 Bell pepper diced
1/2 cup Milk
8oz Mexican cheese blend
20oz fresh Chorizo
Avocados
32oz Velveeta cheese (cut into 1/2 inch thick slices)
2 bags Tortilla chips
It is best to use an instant pot set to slow cook or a crock pot. You can use a large pot on low heat that is covered but it is not ideal. Set instant pot to sauté and add chorizo that has been removed from the casing. Brown until looks like ground beef consistency. Drain the drippings if desired. Add the peppers and onions. Sauté until onion slight clear, about 5 min. Set instant pot to slow cook (do not pressure cook!) and add all remainder ingredient’s and cover. Cook in instant pot or crock pot for 30minutes.
Top with diced avocado and get your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy the best cheese dip ever!
