1 tomato

1 lemon

1 lime

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp Dat’l Hook Ya sauce

Dat’l Hook Ya Blackened seasoning

Make the salsa first as when it sits a little you’ll get more flavors. Finely chop one tomato and place into a bowl. Finely chop the shallot and place in the bowl. Mince the fresh garlic and place into the bowl. Into the bowl, squeeze in juice from 1 whole lime and squeeze in juice from half a lemon. Add the Dat’l Hook Ya sauce. Mix and set aside. Now in a separate bowl, add the cleaned and peeled shrimp, a drizzle of olive oil and mix. Next seasoning with Dat’l Hook Ya blackened seasoning until evenly coated. Bring a medium sized pan to medium heat, add in the olive oil and blacken the shrimp. It will go quickly as they are small. 2 minutes or so. Time to assemble. Take a round tortilla chip and place on a small amount of guacamole. Next place on one shrimp and then top with the salsa. Place on a plate and serve. You will love this one at  your parties!
