So easy and so good!
1/2 tsp Dat’l Hook Ya Blackened seasoning
1/8 cup Diced green pepper
1/8 cup Diced onion
2 strips of pre cooked back finely diced
1 tbsp olive oil
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan on medium heat. Add onion, green pepper, and bacon. Cook until onions are clear. Remove and place on a plate. Beat eggs with the seasoning in a bowl. Add to the same pan the onions, pepper and bacon were cooked in. Cook until its the consistency you prefer. Turn off heat and add in the onions, peppers and bacon and stir until evenly mixed. Serve and enjoy!
