Dat’l Hook Ya Breakfast Potatoes
Any easy way to spice up your breakfast. Who doesn’t love some perfectly cooked potatoes!
Recipe is for 2.
1 Pound small potatoes (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 tsp Dat’l Hook Ya Blackened seasoning
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Bell pepper diced (color of your choice)
1 medium Onion diced
2 tbsp Butter
4 cloves Garlic minced
1/4 tsp Black pepper
Preheat an oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl add the diced potatoes, olive oil and toss until evenly coated. Add Dat’l Hook Ya blackened seasoning and toss again until evenly coated. Place on a baking sheet and cook in oven for 30 min or until potatoes are done. Heat a large skillet to medium, add butter, onions, and bell pepper. Cook until onion is clear. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Add in the cooked potatoes from oven and stir in pan frequently. Cook an additional 3 min. Serve and enjoy!
