Dat’l Hook Ya “Bang Bang” Shrimp

4 tablespoons sweet chile sauce
3 tablespoons of Datl hook ya
1 dash of sesame oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
16 to 18 pieces 16/20-size shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
Cornstarch for dredging shrimp
Oil, for frying
Mix all wet ingredients, refrigerate. Dredge shrimp in cornstarch , fry 3 minutes at 350, gently fold shrimp into sauce… mix…serve….run like hell from ensuing riot.
