Tired of simple old boring alfredo pasta? Let us kick up a classic family dinner dish that you’ll make again and again. Feeds 2-3 with a 40min time to complete.

3/4 cup Grape Tomatoes ( 1/2 cup slice in half, 1/4 cup dice)

1 Shallot minced

1 clove Garlic minced

10oz Chicken breast cut into strips 1/2 inch wide 2 inch long

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

6oz Spaghetti

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

2 tbsp Cream Cheese

3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

1 green onion Chopped

1 Bell pepper sliced into strips 1/4 inch wide 2 inch long

2 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Dat’l Hook Ya Sauce

Olive oil

Salt

Cook pasta per instructions and set aside. Save 1 cup of the pasta water for later use. In a bowl add the chicken, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning. Mix until evenly coated. Bring a large sized pan to medium-high heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Add chicken and cook through with a nice browned color, about 5min. Don’t over cook! Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. To the same pan on medium-high heat, add in the butter, 1/2 cup of the sliced grape tomatoes, shallot, and bell pepper, stir frequently. Cook 2 min and then add garlic. Cook the garlic and stir until it is fragrant, about 1 min. Reduce heat to medium and now add the Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning, Dat’l Hook Ya sauce, and 1/4 cup of pasta water. Reduce until its a good consistency sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once reduced to your liking, add in the chicken and pasta. Toss to coat evenly. If sauce is too thick, add splashes of the reserved pasta water until the desired sauce consistency is reached. Place into bowls and garnish with parmesan cheese, diced tomato and green onion. To make this a more special dinner, have your family prep together by delegating the chopping tasks. This is a pasta you’ll make again and again.
