I've been going to a restaurant in St. Augustine for years and i finally remembered to ask what seasoning they used on their fish sandwich. They were kind enough to tell me. I love It!! Can't wait to try on other dishes.

Have been using Dat'l Hook Too for quit a while and was really excited when they came out with the dry rub.
Ordered 2 each of the mild and the medium and have not been disappointed.
I used the mild on a beef chuck roast for a beef ragu in a crock pot and added a ton of flavor to my wife's favorite ragu.
I used the medium on a pork roast for a slowed cooler Mexican pork stew and that came out totally awesome.
The fact that the sodium level is low when compared yo other store bought dry rubs adds a lot to it.
Again Dat'l Hook Ya has made an excellent product. Keep us the good work.

You know when they say I put this sh*t on everything ... well I put this sh*t on everything! When people hear "blackened seasoning" many think an overwhelming amount of salt, but with this seasoning, that is not the case. It's the perfect blend to put on just about anything and has an excellent flavor with the perfect amount of heat from the Datil Pepper. Use this seasoning on any meat, seafood, etc. (my personal favorite: put a dash into your favorite soup!) You won't be disappointed!

This sunscreen works very well and doesn't leave a thick greasy feeling. I didn't have any issues with white residue as long as I rubbed it in well. It seemed to offer great protection, since I had no issues with sunburns after 11 days on the beach/in the water.
