Dat’l Hook Ya Sweet & Spicy Wings

This wing recipe is sure to please and it’s not hard to make at all. Elevate your game day wings with Dat’l Hook Ya. With a fry start and grill finish, you get a lot of flavor! Get Hooked

– Dat’l Hook Ya sauce
– Butter
– Your favorite marinade (our father always used Italian dressing)
– 1/4 cup Honey
– uncut wings
– peanut oil

Do Not cut the wings until they are fully cooked. This will make them extra juicy. Marinade wings for 3 hours in your favorite marinade. We use Italian dressing. Bring oil to 375 degrees in a frying pot. Remove excess marinade from wings and fry until light brown and it must start to get a little crispy. Below 375 it will remain soggy. Do not over cook as grilling will finish them off. Remove wings and place on a preheated grill to 400. Grill 10 minutes, flipping once. Remove from grill. In a pan melt 1/2 stick butter and add in one bottle Dat’l Hook Ya. Mix evenly. Remove from heat and add the honey and mix. Cut wings into flats and drums, place into a large bowl and toss in sauce.
