– Dat’l Hook Ya sauce
– Butter
– Your favorite marinade (our father always used Italian dressing)
– 1/4 cup Honey
– uncut wings
– peanut oil

Do Not cut the wings until they are fully cooked. This will make them extra juicy. Marinade wings for 3 hours in your favorite marinade. We use Italian dressing.

Bring oil to 375 degrees in a frying pot. Remove excess marinade from wings and fry until light brown and it must start to get a little crispy. Below 375 it will remain soggy. Do not over cook as grilling will finish them off.

Remove wings from the oil and place in a preheated grill to 400. Grill 10 minutes, flipping once. Remove from grill.

While the wings are on the grill, In a pan melt 1/2 stick butter and add in one bottle Dat’l Hook Ya. Mix evenly until smooth and all the butter is melted. Remove from heat and add the honey and mix.

Cut wings into flats and drums, place into a large bowl and toss in the sauce and coat each wing evenly. Enjoy!
