Dat’l Hook Ya Blackened seasoning
Poke sauce
Chopped green onion
Ghee (clarified butter)
Season fish liberally with blackened seasoning. Heat a cast iron pan to high temp. melt 2 tbsp of ghee. Sear each side for 1 min (reduce or increase with thickness variation from photo). Slice with a sharp knife and top with green onion and poke sauce. That’s it and you’ll have the perfect wahoo.
