Dat’l Hook Ya Parmesan Garlic Lemon Crusted Fish with Blackened Potatoes

2/3 cup Panko

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp softened butter

3 tbsp Dat’l Hook Ya sauce

2 clove fresh minced Garlic

1 small lemon zested

1 tbsp mayo

3 medium sized baking potatoes cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 Bell Pepper diced

1 Large Onion diced

Dat’l Hook Ya blackened seasoning

Green onion

(4) 6oz fish filet of choice

6 tbsp olive oil

In a medium sized bowl add panko, parmesan cheese, butter, Dat’l Hook Ya sauce, garlic, zested lemon, and mayo. Mix until all is even. It will be a thick mixture. Set aside crust.

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees. To a medium sized bowl add bell pepper, onion, and potatoes and toss in the olive oil. Add a generous amount of Dat’l Hooked Ya blackened seasoning and toss again. place on a baking sheet and cook for 30 min in oven.

Very lightly season the fish with blackened seasoning. Add olive oil to a baking sheet and spread. Place fish on the baking sheet and then add approximately a 3/4 inch thick layer of the crust on top of the fish. Bake at 425 for 15 min. When you remove squeeze fresh lemon on fish and enjoy!
