Oh boy is this a dip you’ll be making for a lot of parties! We have had so many ask us for this recipe so we have to share.
1 whole Rotisserie chicken
1 cup blue cheese crumble
1 bottle Dat’l Hook Ya
16 oz whipped Cream cheese
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 yellow Onion diced
1 Bell pepper diced
2 cloves fresh Garlic minced
1 cup Ranch dressing
3 tbsp olive oil
Shred the entire Rotisserie and set aside. Use all the white and dark meat for best flavor. Bring a large pot to medium heat, add the olive oil, diced onion and diced bell pepper. Sauté for 4-5 min until the onion starts a light brown color. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant about 1 min. Add in the chicken and Dat’l Hook Ya sauce. Stir until evenly mixed and cook 2 min. Add in all remainder ingredients and stir until evenly mixed. Place a lid on the pot and cook on the lowest heat for 30 min with stirring every few minutes. The end result is a dip that will wish you made more. Serve hot for easiest dipping. Feeds around 8-10
