Directions: Liberally apply brine powder to bait and let sit 2-6 hours in a cold area. Try to keep the bait directly off the ice. Put on top of a cutting board in an ice cooler for best result. Or make brine solution by adding 12oz brine to 1 gallon of cold water and brine 2-6 hours. If preparing fresh bait for freezing, brine 6 hours but no more than 8. Do not over brine as this will dry out the fish.
